Jenny is a strategic and creative thinker, who founded the studio in 1999, fresh out of university. Born into a long line of printers and designers, she leads the Aer Design creative team with a lifetime of industry experience. Jenny values working with good people and bettering business. She is dedicated to nurturing human-centred design and idea-driven concepts. An industry leader, occasionally university design tutor and councilor at the Australian Graphic Design Association—Victoria, Jenny is passionate about educating business on how good design is intrinsic to success.

Lynne has been working together with Aer Design’s clients in developing and building brands since 2002. With over 20 years of marketing and branding experience, and a passion for client service, Lynne has successfully managed a wide range of projects from federal and state government to private enterprise and not-for-profit. With a passion for Aer’s clients and their meaningful projects, Lynne’s experience and strategic insight provides an invaluable edge in the creation of exceptional brand outcomes.
