Energy Safe Victoria is actively creating a safer state with electricity and gas. Working with industry and the wider community to educate, inform and ensure the efficient and safe supply of resources.

The main aim for the new website was to make it easier for users to get the information they need—anywhere, anytime. Whether that user is an electrician, gasfitter, or general consumer, UX work completed identified the needs that were to be front and centre, informing the complete redesign of the website architecture. The responsive website design gives focus to a robust search feature as well as surfacing user-relevant content, resulting in an intuitive digital experience and improved service to all Victorians.
